Strong, but classic looking gentlemans EDC that complies with UK Law.

Basically what it says in the title. I want a small and functional non-locking folding knife with a blade 3" or less to take care of all the times a blade comes in handy.

I already have a little Swiss Army Knife and a thin little Solingen, the latter not really being sturdy enough for me. The budget is not that important for now, but not in the market for something excessive.

What would you get given the limitations above? pics are always welcome.
