Strop compound grit size question?

Hey guys I was talking to richard the other day and we were wondering the answer to a question about the grit size difference between the green chromium oxide and the white jewelers rouge? I was asking because I just got the paper wheels and right now I am using the white rouge that came with it. I was wondering do you guys use the green chromium oxide on the paper wheels? Which one has a finer grit in it?
