Strop Recommendation

I have a WE and really like it a lot. However, I am thinking abut getting a strop for quick touch up jobs. My thought is I might use it more often if stropping did not require getting out the WE and setting it up. Has anyone had good luck with a specific strop and compound/paste. I have done a little research and there are lots of options.

Alternatively has anyone just used the WE strops/paste free hand for a quick touch up with good results and without wrecking the leather strops?

Stropman's 4stroke strop works for me. A little expensive, but it is of good quality. I also hear DLT trading's double sided Strop with bark river's white and black compound is great. DLT's strop is on my "buy next" list.

Leather and diamond paste is all I use. Super sharp regardless of the steel.

I made a few of these. Diamond paste (6, 3 & 1), wood blocks, leather. They're the same size as my DMT stones, so they fit in my angle jig.

Those are lovely. Where did you get your leather?
