Strop Recommendations?

Can somebody recommend a beginner strop and some compound? I am not new to knives and have some high quality stuff that I would like to maintain better, but just have never had a strop in the past. Something $50 or under would be great, thanks.

I just got the JRE strop bat with 4 strops on it. 3 grades of abrasive black, green, and pink and a leather side. I love it and it works well.

I just got my first strop ever from him which was a Compact HD strop, I got it with green and white compound for $20 shipped. Cant really beat getting a quality strop for that much, and the guy who makes them is a really nice guy. With your order he even includes a little personalized letter to you.
