25x3x1/4 He said he'd have no problem making more.

It needs to be flattened as stropping knives is different than a razor . You need a stiff backing and some green rouge . DM

Here's what I use with green compound- a scrap piece of leather bought at Tandy Leather rubber cemented to a piece of MDF.
