Stropping - Hollow Grind?

Is stropping good for all grinds, specifically a hollow grind or is it mainly for convex?

You can strop just about any edge. Doesn't matter if it's convex, v grind, hollow, saber, flat, etc.

You are only stropping the edge not the entire blade so grind doesn't matter. Stropping just removes loose metal and rough burs that result from sharpening or use.

Straight razors are sharpened almost exclusively by stropping, and they are deeply hollow ground.
