Stropping paste

I just brought some poltava diamond tools pdt stropping paste. 1/0 micron and 7/10 micron. I honestly feel like it’s not doing much at all compared to my other stropping compounds. Does anybody have any experience using pdt stropping paste?

No experience with that brand. What is “1/0” in microns? Is that 1.0 micron? What is 7/10 in microns? 0.7 micron?


Ted Pella diamond spray has worked well for me. They supply polishing materials for scientific equipment. Diamond particle sizes range from 45 microns down to 0.1 micron. 0.25 micron works well for daily stropping to maintain a straight razor edge.
