stropping with simichrome

Hey guys I just made my first strop the other day and I have been using simichrome as a compound and it seems to be working pretty well so far. Does anyone know about what grit this would be equal to and does anyone else use it?

I know chromium oxide is 0.5 mic, considering simichrome has Cr in it probably close to that..

I just used some silver tarnish remover..i dunno whats in it or w/e, but it gets the knife sharp enough

I've used it for years, works very well to polish the bevels. It was a little hard to come by recently so I tried Flitz instead. It works OK too, but not as good as Simi.
