I ordered an Ouperator from STR a few weeks back and received it the monday before Thanksgiving. That knife is noted in Ronnie's Ouperator on this forums. I am very pleased with the knife and the fast service but the clip has really impressed me. When I ordered the knife from Steve I was not sure about it as I thought it might be hard to retrieve from my pocket or waist band. Not so as it rides low and is very easy to retrieve and I can keep a sure grip on it at the same time. I had use some other factory low profile clips and have not liked them. I had to use a lanyard on one of these to retrieve the knife as I could not get it out by the clip as it fit so low. I want name the company because I just want say what a fine low rider clip STR makes! If you are thinking about a new clip I would highly recommend STR"s Low Rider clip. By the way STR, it seems like the 1095v carbon steel has more bite or agressive edge. I like this steel a lot.
