Just thought I would show you guys over the pond this one. It is from Stu Mitchell out of Sheffield England and one of our premier knifemakers. Enjoy

11 1/2" Hakkapella Damasteel.
6 1/2" Blade.
Mammoth Ivory.

you know if you knife makers keep using that mammoth ivory, those animals are going to become extinct. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

:Dvery nice, by the way.

Well done IMO.
Very clean construction.
Great ivory and the lone mosaic pin is a nice subtle touch.

Very nice piece.

That wonderful backdrop of wood looks to be older than the mammoth. That's class! :D

Nice knife Rick:thumbup: Is that one going to appear out of your bag at the UK Blade Show next year?:D

I had the pleasure of meeting Stuart recently and he grinds an excellent blade:)

Deeply honoured you like my bench as a back drop Coop, delighted in fact :D

Great knife from Stu. This damascus is gorgeous.

And obviously I also love this workbench... seems to have a lots of battles on its skin! And that makes it beatiful.
