Greetings all,
I recently sent three knives to Stuart that were in need of sheaths and got them all back yesterday. VERY nice work indeed. A a unifying theme, Stuart decided to incorporate some aspect of the embellishment on each knife in the tooling of the sheath. I am very pleased with the results.
First up, Farr Camp knife - with the carving and stippling of the handle brought into detail work on the sheath:
Next, a Dan Farr chute knife, with the small leaf engraved on the pins tooled into the sheath:
Finally, I figured this Bailey Bradshaw Grapes of Wrath II bowie would present fitment issues with the close placement of the S-guard on the spine side, but Stuart solved that - and did a great job reflecting Bailey's detailed engraving in the leather:
Really nice work Stuart - keep it up!
Roger
