Looks to be a good, sturdy knife with a practical blade shape and grind....

As far as improvements go I would put some jimping on the lockbar to offer a better purchase for the thumb.

The screws look to be a little too close to the edge...

How about a clip, you plan on adding one?

Thanks Buffalo.
Jimping on the lock bar sounds pretty good. I'd just have to figure out how to it on a curve. Do they make half-round checkering files? Yeah, the screws are a bit close, i totally agree as for the pocket clip. I'm still thinking about it. I don't have one handy unless i tax one off one of my crappy Chinese folders ^_^ Apart from that i just don't know if it'd look any good.

Tim,
You have come a long ways...It is good to see such improvement. I think all of improvement you and Buffalohump have talked about are good ideas. You might consider using a round or triangle file for jimping on the lock bar. I wish I could check it out in person...hard to see how the lock up and all works from pics. It also looks a bit like the tip has been filed/ground round, if so I would make the point crisp by taking a little off the back edge of the blade it won't take much and will give you and nice pointy tip.

All the best,
Eric

Appreciate the kind words eric, just pop in next time your in australia. Ha ha. I'm not sure what you mean about the tip though.

Don't have any critiques, but I really like it.

Thanks!

Thanks lorien.

Looks pretty stout that lockbar is thick just the way i like them. I think it needs a pocket clip also. Nice knife though.
