Just a suggestion to the mods. I think these threads might be combined.
The other day Brian (
007hunter
) asked for my address. At first I was hesitant because we all know what that means. I've been very lucky while a member of the porch, both in the friends I've made and the ability to acquire many knives that struck my fancy. But, as they say don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
So, how was your day? I awoke to clear blue skies and warm temps, just perfect for my morning routine of a leisurely long swim, lounging in the sun and cold ice tea. I couldn't stay too long because I knew what time the mail would arrive. I got home home just in time for some lunch and the arrival of the mail.
Now, I had no idea what Brian sent me. For all I knew it was a jury summons, hahaha. I ripped that box open and immediately my excitement rose because we all know what that tube means. I was in store for something special. My photo shows what I received. This goes beyond anything I deserve. I feel totally unworthy and can only think of how I can repay this gift. I have many fine knives but this one will be treasured forever. Brian my friend, thank you many times over. I am extremely grateful.
