Stupid Question

This is a stupid question to most if not all of you, But if I do not ask How will I learn. What the heck do the following terms mean.

-Drop Point?
-Hollow Ground?

Pictures may be easier than explaining. I hear them often and rather than using my interpretation of the above, I would rather know the facts. Thanks
 
The top knife and bottom knife are both drop points and hollow ground.

Notice how the points drop slighly?

Also, flat ground is ground flat from spine to edge. Hollow ground 'curves' (for lack of a better word) inward...kind of forming a 'hollow' area.

Thanks allot Richard. I was on the money with what I thought a drop point was, But I was off when it comes to Hollow grounds. Thanks Again. Now I know
