Style identification needed.

I came across this Chinese-made version of the Vic Huntsman. What drew me to it was the flashlight. It is powered by a button style battery and turned on by twisting the diamond pattern edge. Are there any other knives that feature this kind of flashlight or is it unique to this one. The only markings on it are Stainless and China on the main blade and The Sharper Image printed on slightly raised letters on the scale.

As far as Victorinox: accept no substitute (except Wenger). They are worth the price paid IMHO.
