This one is a new one on me, may be very common and I have just never seen one. Got it for my job, I'm talking about the larger of the two in the picture. Sort of a hawkbill and sheepsfoot combo......any ideas on what this one is called and or used for? Any ideas on a maker? Either way it should work good for what I need it for.

Thanks all,

TwoDogs

I would call it a gardener's jack, or a pruning knife. Nice, large pattern.

Glad I could help, it's an interesting pattern.
What jobs are you going to use it for?

Using it mostly to cut rope and nylon freight straps...used in freight shipping. Need something with bite for that type of work. I'm always on the lookout for a new or different pattern that would work well for that.

Thanks again for the help!
