Many Busse models have blades, guards, and handles. That is about where the similarities end. Here is a link to a site that has a fairly extensive listing of models.

There may be some custom/one off Busse knives out there that have a passing resemblance to the 119, but I would not count on it...
 
Some variation of the Team Gemini is probably about as close as you're going to get, at least among the things that have come out in the past 15 or 20 years.

Maybe Team Gemini M?
 
I was thinking Boss Jack (I know there's at least one with a bowie grind). HG55 works too.
 
Ratmandeux is another similar design. Only because of the guard and similar blade length. If you're really after something similar a regrind or variant would be your best bet.
