Subhilt AK in the Wild

Last year, I got a guarded "extra beefy" AK from Dan. This was one of the Chiruwas with an extra thick blade. I've been pretty darn busy for the last year, but here are a couple pics. AK next to 17" villager GRS.

Wow. How does the handle feel in the hand. Perfect right? A thing of beauty. Can you show us more detail around the cho? Thanks for posting. What kind of wood?

It's...different, guys. Neat, but a different dynamic. Secure in a different way, and perhaps better at delicate fast angle changes- if there is such a thing with a sharpened prybar like this! :p

I can't give more detail at this point, because the AK is at a friend's place in Statesboro, along with some of my gear.
