I have been aware of Geoff's work for some time and as serendipity had it, managed a visit to see him along with Steven Lewis of SABlade on our way to have dinner with Grace Horne & Guy Stainthorp on the eve of Knives UK.

Just a little background - Geoff had some advice and mentoring from Howard Hitchmough many, many moons ago - and has developed his own stunning skills and wonderful pieces.

Tucked away in part of a cosy countryside workshop.............

...........Geoff works away on his masterpieces.

Steven has just come back from Blade and knows his knifey-onions more than anyone I know, and after rustling through some folder patterns, immediately placed an order.........

You can understand all this having handled six of Geoff's latest wee gems. My photos show little, but I have personally never seen a better folder from UK...

- added to all of this, Geoff is an utter gentleman, and I look forward to a return visit one day to pick up my order :D

- apologies............all my pics disappeared due to Photobucket playing games with me.

All sorted.

That can't be England, the sun is shining. :D

Love the look of the workshop exterior with the exposed brickwork and the little flower pot.

Oh, yeah... and awesome knives!
