How do I know when my current subscription ends?

If I renew my subscription before the end of the current one, when will the new one be in effect: after the end of the current subscription or, from the moment the new subscription is paid?

All of a sudden I cannot reply to any of the PM's that I have received. Why is this happening?

The full time of the new subscription will be tacked on to the end of the old one (assuming they're the same membership).

All of a sudden I cannot reply to any of the PM's that I have received. Why is this happening?

Your membership probably expired. Can't think of any other reason that would happen.
 
Thank you for your reply and the explanations you provided. If I were to renew my subscription for the previous membership level (i.e. "Gold") and sometime later before the expiration of the term I wanted to upgrade let's say to "Platinum" how could that be done?
 
If you renew Gold now and decide to upgrade to Platinum later, go ahead and buy the Platinum membership, which will take effect right away.

Then go to Tech Support and start a thread asking Spark to prorate your Gold to the new Platinum membership. He will take the remaining Gold time and add it to the Platinum proportionately to the remaining value of the Gold.
