Subscription Registration faux pas

When updating my expired Knife Maker subscription this morning I filled in the “Customer ID”. When I didn’t upgrade to Knife Maker I check the FAQ and their I read not to fill that space. Ooops.

I did get back a confirmation e-mail from

Onestopknifeshop.com-Twelve Bravo Marketing, Inc.

Doesn't matter. If the charge went through, you are good to go

The payment was deducted from my debit account yesterday, I am still waiting for my upgrade to knifemaker.
 
So you need to be switched from Platinum to Knifemaker? Because you signed up as a Platinum
 
I guess I hit the wrong radio button on the paid subscription, but yes, I want knifemaker status.
