A little bit of metal can make a big difference. Since I like to get "right down close" on fine work the nib was holding me back a bit. That's the beauty of these knives, you can make it fit you exactly.

It looks nothing like a LMF II, IMO, but it does set a new standard for badass yet subtle mods, I didn't even notice the first 4 or 5 times I looked at it!
