I started making Cheesecakes at 4:00pm 10/01/2010. (I baked all night went to bed at 1am...got up at 5am and started again):)

I do not know how the crew does it (They are working 24/7 getting ready for Knob creek)...cause I AM ONE TIRED PUPPY..YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!:thumbup:

So I know everyone want's knife pics but I hope these pics will help everyone out while we wait for Knob Creek Spy Pics:) Not all of these are for Knob Creek I did some for the crew. I think they need a little sugar while they are grinding. :D

I know it is not a MUK or a FOLDER but I worked really hard to make them perfect:)

I know that KNOB CREEK will be AWESOME cause first and foremost the knives will BLOW EVERYONE AWAY...So you all better go to the creek:D

MMMMMMMMMMM, one day . . . I will make it to Knob if only for the cheesecake. Excuse me now, I have to wipe the drool off my keyboard. :D

I forgot that I have another one in the oven...Just a plain one...But I will make sure we have toppings (That one is for you Ronybear) You will be missed:)

Yes, they are that good.

Now, y'all might expect that, liking Amy as we do, we could be guilty of hyperbole. But ... no. I am a card-carrying scientist, and the by-rules are very clear on this point: no exaggerations allowed!:D

I've had a lot of cheesecake in many, many ... many places around the world. I've never had a piece as good as Amy's.:):thumbup:
