suggest a knife customizer?

I have an ESEE Izula 2 that I want to have "thinned". I stripped the coating off to reduce friction, but now I would like the blade to be a little thinner and polished. This would also reduce effort in cutting.
Can somebody recommend a knife worker that might be willing to take on this challenge?
