I got one of these knives 20 or 30 years ago from someone who worked at the silversmith doing the side pieces:

After some years, one of the silver sides fell off when I dropped it.
I tried a couple times to reattach it with epoxy etc, but haven't had any luck making a lasting repair.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how best to reattach the silver side to the thing?
 
If it is just falling off.

ask the victorinox people in your country, they will do help and factory fix it and not hobby glue.
