Suggestion for Knife?

I am looking for a knfie with:

4 inch blade, no more, no less
Steel that is easy to sharpen
Half serrated clip-point, want a serrated design which cuts smoothly
High quality material handle, no nylon/fiberglass/plastic
One hand opening / closing
Pocket clip
Under $200

I currently have a Cold Steel Voyager 4 inch half serrated clip point... want something higher quality! Any recommendations?
