I love the forums, BUT, I have one suggestion. How about adding a search window so we can just enter, say, a knifemaker's name, hit 'search', and all the threads with his or her name would come up, instead of having to look through page after page trying to find a topic with the keyword or name in it? You could set it up search the previous days just like the forums are setup, e.g., past 5, past 10, etc.

A good suggestion. I'm hoping that when the forum software is ported to a database back end, the searching capabilities will be a lot more robust.

Have you tried using the search feature as it is right now and entering the Knifemaker's name? There are probably more than a few references to what you are looking for...
