Here are a few pictures of a Sheath for a Tops BOB knife. What are your thoughts and suggestions? Would you purchase a sheath that looks like this? Comments welcome!

Looks good to me. I like the offset, so that it doesn't dig into my side. Also, you have places to add a firesteel, piggyback another knife, or pouch.
I like it.
 
I like an organic look, just meaning more curves and less hard corners and planes. Is it designed the way it is with a purpose? I know that there are aspects of Kydex work that I don't fully understand. Spacing the holes to match specific attachments (like Tek Loc) for example. How many grommets, how much excess plastic to leave around the blade, and how much past the grommets, all of these things are somewhat of a mystery. Where form and function meet are probably things that customers look at. If you are considering both, then you are probably on the right track.
