Howdy All;

New guy here. Have been doing some looking for awhile thought I jump on in.

As the title suggests I do have a 315, know that they didn't come with a sheath,
but I'm looking to get one as the dang thing is big enough, heavy enough and
old enough to have a place to ride in the outdoors. Any suggestions or would I
be better off having one made for it?

Thanks for any and all suggestions and thoughts.

Thanks also for havin' me.

I don’t know first hand, but I expect it would fit alright in a 112 sheath.

Welcome aboard...

A 315 will fit in a 112 sheath ,but a new sheath is pretty stiff.It will fit better in a sheath that is a little well worn.

The 315 Yachtsman (Marlin spike) did come with a marked sheath. It may have not been designed as a special sheath, could have been a 112 sheath, but was marked 315. Now I am going to have to dig one out. 300

Thank you very much for taking the time to find if so or not.
Much appreciated.

Howdy All;

Well, I got my 315 back from Buck's Warranty Services. WOW, them do a great job!
Bolsters look like they're liquid ... any way, about the sheath, I called Customer Ser.
and just asked, Answer I got was no, they didn't make a specific sheath for or mark
one for the 315's. I mentioned that some had mentioned the use of a 112's sheath.
He looked and sure 'nuff, looked like that would do it. So, I ordered one of the distressed
Brown ones. It arrived a few weeks ago and as mentioned above the 315 arrived today,
Got the knife home and slid it in, ... just like it was made for it. All in all hank be one happy
camper right now.
