My knowledge is rather limited, so I am asking for help on this. I want another knife to add to my rotation. I will not be able to handle this knife, so I am relying on your knowledge to give me a hand.
I own many Spyderco's and have a liking for the full flat ground, thinly ground blades they produce. There are many other brands I am not familiar with.
I am looking for a 3" to 3 1/2" length blade, thinly ground at the edge for good slicing. Good quality handles, lock, and blade steel. This knife does not have to be a heavy duty.
You can leave out the Griptillian, I own one it is not thinly ground, good knife, but not a slicer in my opnion. I was looking at the william Henry. Are they thinly ground?
