Suggestions for a NON-locking folder

This , I think is the first time I'm asking such a question !!
Looking for a folder .[ NJ safe ] good quality factory or custom, blade like S35VN or CPM 3V, with straight handle ,2.5 - 3.0 " .. Please give me some ideas.
 
The regular UKPK doesn't quite fit the OP's criteria, but damn do I want one lately. Lol. The Urban is also cool, though smaller.
