Please help me find a small companion to the NMSFNO and NMFBM that has a melt treatment like the 2 bigger brothers.
The ideal would be the NMSFNO exactly as is but with a 6" blade.
Thanks,
Greg

Lots of great options in that range.

4":

(C,S,L)ABS,Meaner, Leaner Meaner, SAR4

5":

BATAC, SAR 5, Tank Buster

6":

NOE, Jack hammer, SAR6, SJTAC

There are more but these are few I can think of @ the moment.

I think that the only knives of the bunch above that have the Nuclear Meltdown treatment are the SAR 4 and SAR 6.

Looks like the SAR 4 (1/16ths of an inch under 5") would fill the bill. :)

The SAR3 is also melted, but its a LOT smaller than the 4

EDIT: The ABS seres appears to be melted as well. :D

Leatherman nailed it. I think the SAR4 and SAR6 are the only two truly melt down treated Busses in your size requirement.

OK so here is the reason I am asking the question. I plan on ordering matching NMFBM, NMFSH(when available), NMSFNO, and........ either the SAR6 (I know 6.25") or skip the SAR6 and go with the SFNO(I know 7").

The SFNO was my first choice because when pictured together they are all very similar, but can't get an SFNO with melt treat (I asked). I have a couple of boss jacks and a couple of boss streets.

So either SAR6 (because it's melted) or SFNO because it fits well with the others.

SAR4

Wat color is sage? What colors are in it? I am red/green color blind so just curious.
Trying to decide between sage/tan canvas or the easy one for the color impaired grey/black canvas.

Also what colors are in tiger hide micarta? Never have seen it in person.
