Can anyone suggest a way or a type of sheath that would allow me to carry my knife low enough on my leg so that I wont have to dig under my fishtail parka everytime I need it?Is there a sheath maker out there that makes these or can I buy some kind of attachment for my kydex sheath to drop it down?Any info would be very helpful.

IMHO you could fix a Kydex-sheath nearly everywhere:
Inside your boot, outside your boot,
around your leg, or simply outside on your parka,
fastest carry would be (IMHO / for righthander) upside down at left shoulder.
