Suggestions for cutting in a titanium lock bar

I’m getting started on my first folder. I’m making a titanium framelock. I’m making it with a belt grinder, drill press, a dremel, and hand tools.

What do you guys think is the best way (not fastest, but in terms of quality) to cut it into the titanium scale?

The options I thought of were:

Mini Cut off wheel on dremel w/ homemade jig
Mini Cut off wheel in drill press w/ homemade jig
Jewelers saw

Anything I’m not thinking of? Any tips for best quality outcome?

I also have a bandsaw… but only helps with the first horizontal cut
 
I use a mini cut off wheel in a drill press for linerlocks but I'm only cutting .050 ti. I mount the liner in a small vice with wood jaws, line everything up and go. I usually go through 2-3 disc doing it this way but that's how I've always done it and plan to keep doing it that way, it gives nice clean cuts.
I haven't made any frame locks but with thicker ti expect to go through a lot of discs. I center the disk over the hole in the table so a screw driver can be put through the hole, loosen the screw and replace the disc, that way your set up in the vice and disc remain the same while going through discs.
It's also important to use a beefy adapter that the disc screws too so there's no flex anywhere during the cutting operation.

You might be able to find a small thin carbide tipped cutter for thicker ti rather then abrasive cut off wheels.
