Suggestions for my first Emerson

I am looking to buy my first Emerson but I see there are a lot options and I haven't been able to make a decision so I figured asked you guys since you know a lot more than I do.

Basically I want something for pocket carry. Blade length no longer than 3.5. I really think the wave feature is pretty cool. I would use it mainly for utility use.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
I have the Mini 15 & A100 SF, but I think your going to get a lot of recommendations for the 7. Whatever is your 1st; it won't be your last.
 
The Mini Roadhouse is awesome! I also like the Horseman or the Mini Commander would be a good way to start.
 
I will be the first to say it -- the 7! A lot of folks are thinking it (I know, not everyone), I just happened to mention it first. It's a classic Emerson, an outstanding knife, and a great way to start your collection. And, you have the option of either the tanto or spear point.
 
I appreciate the suggestions. I'm leaning towards the 7 and a100. I'm gonna look at the roadhouse today.
 
My first and only Emerson is a super roadhouse, at 4.2 in its a bit ridiculous so you can look at the normal size one. Good for stabbing! Trust me I know through experience, it was a bit bloodly and it took 1 month to heal.
 
While the 10 doesn't seem to be as popular as other models, I love mine; great blade shape, ergos are great (but then, all Emerson's are:)), good overall size...:thumbup:

You really can't go wrong;)
