Suggestions for pocket folder???

I have a Gerber Easy Out, and I've been happy with it, except I can't move the clip to the other side.

I'd like your suggestions on a knife that is...

1) Pocket clip style, one hand opener

2) Reversible clip

3) Reasonably thin, light

4) Plain edge, no fancy recurves or tanto points

5) 3-3.75" blade, something I can travel with.

6) I like to beat the hell out of knives, so I prefer not to spend a fortune. I'd like this one for under $100.

Thanks for your help, Steve Koski, skoski@geneva.com

Sounds to me that you just described a plain (non-serrated) Emerson CQC7-A (not the 'B' model) with a clear nitrite finish.--OKG

Any of the new model Spyderco light weights with the metal clip, and most of the Bemchmade Axis locks will fill your need.

Off the top of my head I will put in the Spyderco Native (LW), and the Benchmade 730 Ares. Both very good knives and neither mentioned yet.

ANY of the smaller new spydies should suit you just fine! I have ALL of the above mentioned knives, and out of all of them, I carried the Delica the most, whiule I used the Native the most heavily!

AXIS is sweet though...
