I've made a Salsa EDC for a couple of weeks now, and I have some suggestions. All IMO, of course.
I'd like a thicker blade by .5 to 1 mm. I think a slightly chunkier feel to the blade would be nicer.
The cutout to access the compression lock should be a little larger for easier access. I don't like the tip up carry position. The blade detent caught be unaware the first few times, thinking I'd closed it when in fact it was just hitting where the detent starts to slide over the blade. Now I make sure it's closed ALL the way.
The good things are I like the shorter wider blade, and the cobra hood does make it quicker to open. The handle has a nice feel my thumb fits on top and my fingers in the cutout perfectly.
