Suggestions on getting a knife rehandled

I have an older Western Bowie, that the original scales have become chipped and cracked on. I would like to get new scales put on, and the knife freshened up a bit. Was thinking of Micarta for the scales, and the blade polished up, maybe convexed?

Can anyone recommend someone for this?
