I'm looking to get a new folder and have narrowed it down to four:
Doug Ritter M4 RSK Mk1(if still available in M4, otherwise I'll go with S30V)
Spyderco Military
Benchmade Osborne 940
Spyderco Stretch
Just looking for suggestoins concerning strengths, weaknesses, and general uses of the knife. I'm pretty much set on the RSK, but I'm open for change.
Also, if you guys have any other knives that you feel I should consider, do tell.
Thanks.

You've got a nice list of winners there. I don't think you can make a bad decision with that set of choices. Now everything comes down to your personal preference.

If I was pushed to give MY personal opinions about them, here's what I think.

I consider the 940/943 to be one of my favorite Benchmade knives. I love the size, shape, and lightness they offer. D2 is a great blade steel.

The Stretch is probably one of the best EDC knife you could buy in terms of ergonomics, blade length, and in the case of the CF ZDP-189 Stretch, the ultimate in material, fit and finish.

Military has a cult like following and is something I will soon own because all Spyderco fans should try it at least once. I doubt I would carry it often due to the size.

The Ritter M4 Grip is a good knife, no doubt. But I always felt that the Grips and its variants suffer from a barely adequate handle. The Axis lock and the premium blade steel saves it from being an average knife. I don't own a Ritter Grip so this observation is based on normal Benchmade Grips.

Since you asked, I also suggest the Spyderco G-10 Endura as they are being discontinued and are available for a bargain. It's probably the best Endura variant currently being sold. It's a solid knife that will excel in many roles. My personal favorite is the Spyderco Sage line. Both the CF and Ti variations are great EDC knives.

Oh, and if I had to choose between the Stretch and the 940/943, the Stretch wins.

I only have the 940/943 and the Military. Among those three, I would pick the 943 with the S30V blade. Three handle materials are available: Carbon fiber, Aluminum, and Titanium. The made up knives weigh 72gm., 82gm., and 92gm. respectively.

If you like to fish, whittle and slice onions etc in camp get the military. The cult like following is for good reason. One of the most useful blade design/grind I have had on a folder, even over other spidies. I like the large handle for actual use and it is very flat, you forget it's clipped to the pocket.
Easy to clean too.
I have emerson's, endura's and many others but the millie keeps getting the nod.
I liked the flat grind so much I picked up a temperance II which is fast becoming a favourite as well although pricey.

There once was a knife called the Stretch
That really was a spectacular catch
It was hair-splitting sharp
When stropped on a tarp
And could even play ball and "go fetch!"

I've heard good things about the Endura, but I would love to have that full flat grind of the Stretch or Military. If I could get the Stretch in CF at a reasonable price I might go with that. I've had a Griptillian and love the Axis lock, so if I could have that in M4 or S30V that would be awesome. I still think I might go with the RSK in M4(if I can) partly because it's a limited run(I think, correct me if I'm wrong) and because it's something familiar that I already know works for me. As for the other three I listed, it seems like I got some time before they become unavailable.

The new Delica's and Enduras with various colored handles and FFG should be on the shelves very soon.

Ill rank them for you in the order I would buy personally, that's the best advice I can give you:

1. Millie
2. Large Ritter Grip
3. 940
4. Stretch
