For those of us unlucky enough to not be able to make it to BLADE, is there anywhere where there will be a summary with pictures of the knives at BLADE? That would be GREAT.

Yeah! I guess most of the attending forumites are still doin' 12 oz. curls in the "PIT" or some such silliness!:D
I sure hope somebody can remember how to post some pics for the poor unfortunates.....:( :grumpy:   :D

Have no fear, those guys going LOVE to rub it in, and they'll be along with all kinds of pics and stories of all we should have seen but didn't.

I don't like to rub it in!! I know what it is like to want to go and can't. I have been wanting to go for years, and have been unable to do so, until this years. I feel blessed and grateful to be able to go.

OOOOOOPS!

Guess my post makes sense only if the show were THIS weekend.....but it's next weekend....as I sheepishly found out when I received flyers from Blade in the mail yesterday.:o :o :o
Still won't be going.....:( :( :(

you really had me confused there for a second.:D

"Rubbing it in" .. is just not my style.
It took me years to save up enough to get to my first blade. Each year I'd wait with anticipation for the posts of the show.

now I get to share what I saw and experienced at the greatest knife show on earth with everyone else. Some who couldn't make it and those who could but saw a different part of the show.

Look in the custom and the gallery sub forums for most of the bladeshow posts.

I'm not sure if this is news to you guys but I think CRK is going to put out a DVD talking about stuff, things, etc. It looks very interesting.

Can anyone pick one up for me?

And I am hoping to pick up a copy of it. I do not know how much it costs though. If I can, I will try to get you a copy underaged.I am nOT making any promises though, OK?

I've attended the past 4 yrs. so rubbing it in regards saving for the first encounter doesn't really fit..........hopefully next year I'll be back.

Boy, do I feel stoopid(;) ) over the date thing though!!:o :o

Sounds good, as long as it's under $350. Damn Mnandi. :D

I honestly do not know how money I will have. Nor do I have a clue as how much it will cost. It is very reasonable.....Like I said, no promises.

No one will be able to do a complete summary, it all depends on what they take pictures of and what they look at, what their interests are, etc. I've read summaries from others of shows that I went to, and I had no idea that they were at the same show I attended. I'm sure people will post pictures and experiences, try to read them all. :)
