32 degrees C (that's 90 degrees for metricophobes) and very humid yesterday.
27 degrees c (81 degrees f) already by 10.00 am today, but less humid (only 74%)
Anyone else noticed a slight change in the weather?

Andy.

Today will be 77 F (25 C), and the only time it is humid in Southern California is when it rains. :D :D

The temperature topped out at 33/92 degrees today, and very sunny.

Still hot now (8.00pm).

Andy.

I'll take Ezra Pound's version, but winter and summer are both icumen. Spring is wet and sloppy, so I like the fall best of all.

Weather has been odd here for june (Fresno, California , USA) , today it might top out at 80 , last night I actually got cold ! In June ! , wierd... but I am loving it. Thursday night we had wind and rain and about 51 degrees whereas a week before that it was muggier n poop and no breeze to speak of.

I was talking with a friend today that lives in the Midlands there, and she remarked how very uncomfortable it's been for the last couple of days.
Turns out they don't have air conditioning, and have never needed it.

I suggested a window unit to cool at least one room, and she didn't even know what it was.

She's hoping this doesn't become a regular thing there.;):D

Out of 45 days we've had 37 days of rain  I've never seen so much rain this early in the year.I think I'll buy a boat :D

Most public buildings and many workplaces and shops have aircon but domestically it's completely unknown. For the few uncomfortably hot and humid days we get each year, it's just not worth it. In fact, very hot spells do not normally last long enough to raise the temperature inside a brick-built house to an uncomfortable level. For example, yesterday afternoon I took a thermometer outside in the shade to get the reading of 33/92 degrees. Inside it had been showing only 28/83 degrees.

The forecast for today is for a maximum of 27/81.

It's already too damn hot to work in the garage.

When you gotta wear welding leathers over a long sleeve shirt, and a respirator over a beanie... The **** gets hot....

At least the days are getting longer.
