I've been pretty busy lately having completed several custom pieces over the winter and spring, and now just finishing up this latest batch. These five pieces were built to have on hand in my shop during the busy tourist season here. This makes an even dozen in my case.

Please give me your thoughts,

-Peter

p.s. I'm using a new photos hosting site and I seem to be having issues with photo sizing. I'll try to clear it up.

Flow

great to see some PM work- really dig the oak one

i love the first one. the sheaths are gorgeous ! what type/brand of leather do you use ?

Thank you folks.

John - All of these above are 6/7oz utility grade skirt in russet color from Wickett & Craig. I use either this weight or 7/8 oz, always from W&C. I use Feibring's brown dye, or vinegaroon for black. I also use the split(1/2/3 oz) to make welts thicker and occasionally for lining.

All are superb, but top three are over the top. I am a huge fan of peened pins, so the third one really jumps out. Nice leather work on all sheaths as well.

I do believe that's the first Nessmuk I've ever liked. Was not a fan of the blade shape until I saw that one. Looks like it's destined for the forest.

Beautiful work!

Some amazing craftsmanship ... the shapes of the blades and how the handles flow to fit each one with beautiful handle materials ... and love the detailed work even on the sheaths!!!

I like the Nessmuk, looks almost like it had a Hudson Bay look or Buffalo Skinner.
