Sun Sneezing

Anybody else a sun sneezer? You know, you go outside on a sunny day and immediately sneeze a few times? Or if you feel like you have to sneeze but can't, you look up at the sun and there she blows?

Is sun sneezing a myth or real?

I'm also a beer sneezer. After 3 beers, I sneeze about 5 times and then don't sneeze again.

I think I'm perfectly normal; opinions may vary :D
 
Sun sneezer later in life. IN my youth, no sun sneeze, or so rare I did not notice the event.

When I drank beer or red wine, I used to have sneezing bouts and psoriasis. Now that I don't drink, the sneezing and psoriasis have gone away (along with several other problems;) ). Could be you have an allergy to either alcohol or some of the other ingredients in the brew.
 
Yup, sun sneezer here. However, in recent years it's gotten better. Other tidbits nobody asked for...

- If you feel you have to sneeze, but can't, look at a bright light and it will trigger the sneeze.

- If you feel like you are about to sneeze, but don't want to (e.g., symphony), simply open your eyes as wide as you can, AND DON'T BLINK. It will subside. This is due to your inability to keep your eyes open when you sneeze (just the reverse, i.e., if you hold your eyes open, you can't sneeze).

Not one myself. But Dr. Dean Edel talked about this on his show a few years back. Fairly common IIRC.
 
Am I just tired and slap happy or does that sound like a good name for a band?
