sunday afternoon bk7 action (no pics yet)

Ok so yesterday afternoon I get a hair up my butt to do something other than getting ready for summer semester, and so I thought that I needed to do something with my bk 7. So went outside and found a tree branch from a stack of cherry wood from one that died about 2 years ago and started carving a spoon from it. The weather in utah has been crappy this spring, lots of snow and rain, and finally a nice afternoon. My two oldest boys, 10 and 8, wanted to make tinder with their knives and start fires, so I let them do that for a while, and I carved and got my head relaxing. It's so nice to see the boys work together and they love firemaking(little pyros!). Then after a couple of hours we threw some chicken on the barbeque and that was the highlight of my sunday.
