I agree Bawanna, that is a beauty!

I was too slow, and already pre-spent my allowance this week anyway, but dang that is a sweet sword.

Ya what a nice blade...I'm still in trouble for buying the last one with the wifey. She asked if I bought another knife I said NO! Days latter a box came. She called me a liar I said "I'm no such thing", you asked if I bought another knife I replied "I invested in one"....big difference. We shall see how this one plays out.

I've been using the "investment" excuse for years! I use it on all my gun and knife purchases. Heck... I'm starting to believe my own excuse now. :D

You are quite correct GB, the way I see it, it is an investment, in people-the kamis and their families in Nepal. We get a superb product we enjoy, but our purchases help these hard working folks earn a living, and with that in mind, I am grateful to be able to make these investments from time to time and thankful for everyone else who enjoys these blades as well.

They are an investment. Like it or not. You can always get your money back and then some if you have to. Bank rates are .0000000000000025%. Bank of Bura pay 200-300% Bank of Sanu about the same, Bank of the Kumar Brothers in trust pays well too. Just makes plain good fiscal sense to put your money in Khukris:D
I think im going to chakma mine. The hedges need trimming:thumbup:
