Mmmmmm...Tarwar.

Also, it looks like the Rose has some surprises in the wood for someone willing to Walosify it.

Edit - Thanks for the pics, Yangdu. I hope you enjoyed your walk!

What a selection tonight! Man, I am hating the fact I have no extra money right now. SO tempting.

Congrats to the lucky winners

Actually I chose the Bowie... but word from a goddess in the desert is it was not the only one... ;)

Yangdu, you continue to amaze me with your interesting and beautiful pictures. Great work!

Wow all three of those pieces are gorgeous. That chit bowie is amazing!

And the photos bespeak of the call of adventure one might have, packin' an HI.

I got a bowie... I'm going to sit down with all my acquisitions soon and figure out which to keep and which to put up for adoption. Just curious, are we allowed to sell here to keep it in the family, or do we have to sell in the trade forums? I'd like to give members here first shot since I sharked many of them, but don't want to break the rules.

LOL... deal!

I took the advice to heart when people said buy a bunch and then decide which to keep. I suddenly am swimming in khuks!

The huge box from Yangdu was waiting for me this morning when I showed up at the general mail facility in Denver

The pictures above cannot capture the size of this thing. The sheath is nicely done. The balance point it 2 1/2" in front of the guard.

Shown next to a 16" AK for comparison.

The buttcap is HUGE.

If I take down the handle between the bolster and scrolling I might be able to get a good grip on it.

I could barely extend my arm enough to get the entire knife in frame.

That is a sword, plain and simple. It passed the Bowie margin about 10 inches back. But man is it beautiful.
