I carry the 486 daily and have no complaints. The fingerguard handle keeps fumbling fingers off the blade, thank you kindly buck for this feature. The brightly colored scales keep me from leaving it behind while the excellent pocket clip keeps it with me. The beautiful blade cuts like a terrific knife should.

The two paperstone 110s are beautiful. I can't go thru a day without looking at both of them. And, they warm to the touch giving me the sensation of richness.

The black on black 560 is the Buck that Darth Vader carries. It is pure black gold in my hands. Everyone who sees it wants to pick it up and speak words of endearment about this black titanium beauty. Love that finger guard.

The Mickey Finn, AKA "Q", 186, Titanium-tour-de-force is profoundly and completely precious to me in a way that no other knife I own is. It is a high-water mark among my Buck collection. Perfect finger guard, perfect blade, perfect lock, lite weight, comes with its own wrench attached and a carry clip to boot.

Thank you for looking.

That's a great collection you have going there! Great picture too, thanks for posting it!

Thank you kindly. It is my pleasure.

These knives have given my interest in cutlery a real "leg up" boost.

I have spare orange 486, and a black 486, because I like this practical and good-looking knife so much.

The black 560 was handed to me by Chuck Buck last Sunday. He said that it was perfect but to check it. I checked it and it was perfect. What a surprising treat to have CB bring such a collector's item to the show for enthusiasts. You are all right CB. Thank you for your kindness.

I was lucky enough to discover and rescue the 186 in an obscure pawn shop (full of LEOs at the time) in a small out-of-the way Oregon town I rarely ever visit. I wasn't really sure about its identity, and knew nothing of its back story, when I saw it in the shop's glass case. I knew at first glance that it was singular among the other knives there. It was meant to be found by me.

Thank You for the pictures. The 560 and 186 look great!

You are welcome. I love this hobby.

Those knives are great to see and a marvel to hold in the hand. Both are prime examples of success in production knife making. The kind of wonderful knives that make me pause, step back and feel fortunate that they are available in my lifetime and that I can own them. Way to go Buck.

Oregon, Great collection . The bottom one should have a blade of 425M steel . DM

Thank you kindly DM. I was hoping that you would say that.

I came a hair away from adding a champagne 560 (golden blade-coating), NIB, last Sunday in Eugene (I've thought about that every day since). Something for me to work on.

yes the 186 was a great knife
it's run was ended as many could not reassemble it and or lost parts

the 560 was a great knife! i used one as a edc for half a year
and loved it . there are a lot of alterations and customs of it

Hey every one post a picture of one knife or one picture with lots of knives... It's up to you, an old picture or a new one... This is the Sunday knife picture Show... Every Sunday share....

Cool little knife Armand. I bought a couple of knives from a seller a couple of years ago and as a freebe gift, he sent me one of those with the ones I bought. He said at the time that he didn't know what it was but he hoped I'd like it. I did!

Sorry for this lousy picture, but to go along with the "Sunday Picture Show", I just took this of about a 3rd of my Bucklock collection.

More photo's of this knife are in the photo sticky thread.

Here's my most recent. :)

I've wanted a Buck DU knife for quite a while. This one being a 112 filled the bill nicely. Preston

:) Great idea, nothing good on TV nowadays anyhow.I've got a lot of blades over the years, but right now I only have 3 Bucks. From now on I'm only buying Bucks.Oh,the whiskey is for medicinal purposes only! Not much to look at but hopefully in time that may change.:D
