Super Bowie Sheath

I recently purchased a Super Bowie in new condition from an inmate here. Love the knife, but upon initial inspection I found the tip of the blade had been poked through the bottom of the sheath. From the outside it's barely noticeable. But I have poked it through the hole twice myself. It's actually a little on the dangerous side.

So I'm looking for sheath options. I realize I can order a new sheath from SOG, but I don't want to end up with two SOG sheaths with holes in them. I thought about Martin Swinkels but he seems to be having to deal with a few of life's curve balls right now. So I think he's out for the moment.

Anyone have a sheath maker they have had success with? I have seen the weak side cross draw sheath here and think I would like to stay with a more traditional style. Although I wouldn't mind a Survival/bushcraft setup with stone pocket and firesteel loop.

Seeking advice.

Thanks,

Had the same sheath problem, & I too, love the knife. I wanted a cross draw that would hold an EZ-Lap, a firesteel, & a Mag rod, so i turned to my friend & member here, Beo-wulf. He will make you happy my Brother!!!
