Super Bowl thoughts.

Who do you guys think is going to the Super bowl? I got my money on the Patriots vs the Cowboys. Love both teams but I've been a big Cowboys fan ever since they got Dak, can't stand Romo. Plus I'm in Texas so I kind of have to. Also what's your go to super bowl food? My is pretty classic. Wings, sausage balls, assorted dips.

If NE doesn't make it they somehow screwed the pooch. In the NFC I could see either Dallas or ATL going. I've rooted for Dallas this year only because of Dak, wife went to Miss State and so did I for a time. I'm a college football nut so I saw every snap he took in college. Big fan of the kid, but even I didn't think he would come around this fast.

Also, Pizza, Wings and Nachos.
 
I hope Seattle gets it together. I'd like to see them at least make it to the Championship game against the Cowboys.
 
I am a diehard Dallas fan so this year has been exciting to me. Even if they do not end up making it to the Super Bowl, I know that they are set up pretty good for a future trip!

As far as food: I like it spicy so my go-to food is bacon wrapped jalapeños on the grill. This year I might add another one to the lineup, shrimp stuffed jalapeños.
 
Seattle beats Atlanta, Green Bay beats Dallas...

Meaning the NFC Championship game gets played at Century Link Field next week, where the SEAHAWKS WIN AGAIN!

Oh, and AFC? Pffft. Who cares, it's the AFC. ;)

Pats crushing the Packers for another boring superbowl victory is my prediction.
I'll probably just sit it out at home if this matchup happens catching highlights between video games.
Hopefully someone can knock the Pats out beforehand...

Jalapeños are also a go to for me. Nothing better then jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon. I have one of those grills that use wood pellets so I can get a nice smoke on them.

I mean you guys had an abysmal offense all season and your defense wasn't as strong at all this year, but especially after ET went out. ATL was honestly the worst possible matchup for you guys.
 
Well, I'm no Nostradamus I guess. Apparently I'm not even Dave Dameshek.

But I'm sure Pete and company will be back at Seahawk Central in the offseason, looking for an offensive line, a defensive secondary, a running game, etc etc..

We'll get 'em next year. GO HAWKS!

Patriots looked bad yesterday. At least on offense. They won't beat either K.C. or Pittsburgh playing like that. And they still won by 18 points. K.C. has the pressure defense to really cause problems. But as a Patriots fan, as long as Big Ben and Aaron Rodgers are still playing the Steelers and the Packers are the teams I'm worried about.
 
I have been liking the Cowboys vs the Patriots - with the Pats winning.

Not a fan of either team, just think this is the way it will shake out.

Green Bay and Kansas City are my picks today.

No surprises yesterday. Keep your chin up Monofletch...it's only a game! :rugby:
