Super Commander pivot screw

I just came across a a new problem with my Super Commander. I just finished cleaning it and I noticed I could open the blade by just swinging the knife (centrifugal force), so I tightened the piviot screw (which was very loose) to the point where the knife was very hard to open, so I loosened the pivot just a little and the knife is once again able to open by centrifugal force, there is no common ground between loose and tight. As a Canadian this is a problem for me because if the blade on a folder can be opened using gravitational forces the knife is illegal for everyday carry under the swichblade/ballisong knife laws. If the knife is to tight to open it may very well cost me my life. Do you think the blade on the Super Commander is just to heavy? Maybe I should get a smaller Commander.

The blade will open without the use of the wave or thumb stud. I just have to swing it in the air and it will open.

Nearly all of my folders can be opened in this manner. It's really not an issue. I'm fairly certain simple physics will not land you in trouble with the law.
